Melissa McBride has spent her career helping people buy and sell their homes. She worked for 13 years at Benton County Title. This is where she learned the ins and outs of abstracts and legal descriptions. She is also a licensed appraiser and has a side business appraising homes. She started working at Mossman Law Firm in 2016, as the firm’s real estate paralegal. She facilitates real estate closings, compiles buyer and seller figures, prepares deeds, drafts real estate contracts and prepares title opinions. In her spare time, she also enjoys flipping houses. Besides real estate, she is also the go to person in the firm for advice on cars, Scotch, travel, cigars, tools or anything besides the color pink. We are pretty sure her granddaughter can make her overcome this pink stigma, as Melissa melts if you talk about her grandson or granddaughter. She’s also very proud of her two grown sons.
